CRM Online is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and help us take our company to the next level! As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales.
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will:
- Build strong relationships to foster and expand customer trust.
- Define and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value.
- Maintain timely and detailed pipeline management, keeping the sales pipeline up to date and accurate.
- Own the entire sales process from initial engagement with prospects, discovery, product demonstration, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
- Share and leverage your talents, and provide information and feedback to improve strategies, solutions, and execution of the sales process.
- Synthesize customer feedback for input into product development
Outbound Sales Representative Education and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (business, marketing, or computer science is preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative, B2B inside sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zoominfo.
- CRM experience – you can accurately and efficiently maintain perfect hygiene within our CRM.
- Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding target goals, hunting for deals, navigating organizational hierarchies, and building long-term relationships.
- Outbound prospecting/cold outreach experience is a must.
- Previous success in prospecting, engaging, and acquiring new business with small and mid-market-sized companies.
- Confident in oral communication, able to talk to people via call, chat, email, or video call.

- Interacts effectively and with integrity at all levels of management and with employees.
- Maintains good relationships and expresses genuine customer relations.
